I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. No place is perfect, but after living here for seven years, I have to say it is one of the best options available. Owners are super nice, responsive to problems, and work hard to run a reputable establishment. Rates are reasonable compared to similar places. Relatively quiet and safe. Many rooms have been updated/remodeled with more remodels coming. Exterminator comes monthly (or more often if needed), so bugs are not a problem. The only problems are bad "guests" who are dirty, steal everything, destroy property, and create major problems for the owners then like to complain about them.
The owners of this motel are friendly and the room is decent however have been here since the 7 or eighth of july my girlfriend and I are both working and have asked multiple times about getting a pet room and have been brushed off so to speak forgotten about . It's really important for us to have our dog do to the caliber of people in the area . Were hoping they'll take us serious we like staying here since our job is so close . We were hoping he'd work with us on getting into one of the bigger units also with full refrigerators.
Great find for Hot August Nights, the price is right, the location is accessible to everywhere you would want to go. Vehicle was safe, and well light parking. The staff is hospitable and very accommodating. I would stay there again for sure.
I love this motel it’s the best one in Reno and I have stayed at several. It’s very quiet peaceful clean and comparatively affordable
